BUFFIE ROGERS
Buffie, a recent Portland transplant, who is just about from everywhere. Most recent 4 year stop, New Orleans. Stay tune for her two women absurdist show.".Waiting for FEMA." She has her B.A. in Theatre from The University of Montana. Some of her favorite credits include: Cowgirl Kate-in Taming of The Shrew-Washington D.C's Little Theatre, Various roles in Parallel Lives-Actors Theatre of Nantucket, Young Woman in the World Premier of Mr. Paradise-Tennessee Williams Literary Festival. Buffie is an actor/director who believes the women listed below, will indeed "knock your socks off."

KELLY FLOOD

Kelly is a transplant from the Minneapolis area who has enjoyed various opportunities in Portland theater and film.  She lives in Lake Oswego with her partner and a houseful of animals.  Kelly trained in the studio program at Portland Actor's Conservatory, with acting coach Karen Lavoie, and is currently doing Meisner work with Laurel Smith.

DEBORAH ZELDA LEE

Deborah lived in Los Angeles, Newport, OR, Coconut Grove, and Hilo, only to find she loves weird ol’ Portland most of all. Previous to Dead of Winter (Meg in “Wet Paint” and Rachel in “The Body”), Deborah performed in The Bluestockings’ 2006 inaugural production, Thicker Than Water, a mother/daughter-themed 8-play festival (Sheila in “Missing Teeth”), also doing props & set pieces. Deborah played 2 roles in the Portland World Theatre (PWT) production of Orbiting Desire at Rererato, and performed the title role in Cathleen Ni Houlihan in PWT’s A Visit with William Butler Yeats. Deborah was in Other Women (Tia in “Dosage”) at Theater! Theatre!; The Seagull (Paulina Andreyevna), and Ibsen’s Ghosts (Mrs. Alving) at Slocum House Theatre, Vancouver; played 7 roles in The Laramie Project for Portland Civic Theatre Guild’s First Tuesday Readers’ Theatre; and portrayed Congresswoman Jeanette Rankin in Most Dangerous Women at Lincoln Performance Hall, PSU. JUSTINA PRICE

Justina Price is a 2005 graduate of the Eastern Oregon University theatre program, and is proud to be
setting alight the faces of so many wonderful Portland talents. Justina is awestruck, amazed and humbled to
be included in the fashionably fantastic ranks of the Bluestockings.

VIVIEN LYON

Vivien Lyon returns to the theater after a hiatus of, oh, about a decade. She hopes you like her little play. Word to yo' mama.

ANYA HANKIN

Anya was born and raised in Eugene, Oregon, but has since called Oberlin, Ohio; Manhattan, NY; and Barcelona, Spain her home before settling once again in the Pacific Northwest. In 1996, she co-founded and directed the Young Women’s Theater Collective with whom she performed original work for over two years. Anya was a member of the improvisational PlayBack Theater Company, as well as the Oberlin Theater Troupe. In 2002, her piece “In Our Own Words” exploring the lives of Israeli-Palestinian youth was incorporated into middle and high school curricula throughout the state of Washington. Most recently, Anya collaborated with local Sojourn Theater as they crafted their current show, “The War Project.”

SHARON SASSONE (SHA SHA)

Sharon Sassone (Sha Sha) is an award-winning actor,director, and playwright from Chicago and the recepient of the 2006 Lakewood Center for the ArtsPlaywriting Award here in the Northwest. She founded Portland Dramatists Workshop, loves her adopted city of Portland, and loves her family, especially her brilliant grandchildren, even more.
